From the outside looking in, you can't understand it. From the inside looking out, you can't explain it.

Twelve years ago a campus was forever changed. Twelve years ago twelve families were changed when their twelve college students didn't return home for Thanksgiving. I pray for the families of those twelve faithful Aggies that they find hope and strength.

Today and every November 18th since Aggie Bonfire fell Aggies everywhere pause and remember.

Bonfire changed me too. My freshman year was really rough and it was definately a time of change and a new journey. I wish I had done more that day to help when the stack fell. Now I have my chance, now I can help when needed and go to a place where there is critical presence.

The Spirit of Aggieland

Some may boast of prowess bold
Of the school they think so grand
But there's a spirit can ne'er be told
It's the Spirit of Aggieland.
We are the Aggies - the Aggies are we
True to each other as Aggies can be
We've got to FIGHT boys
We've got to fight!
We've got to fight for Maroon and White
After they've boosted all the rest
They will come and join the best
For we are the Aggies - the Aggies are we
We're from Texas A.M.C.
